Welcome to SOSA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOSA mobile application ("App"), the SOSA website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Two Palms Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using SOSA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use SOSA

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Important Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

SOSA provides general fitness and training content, including coach-led programs, workout tracking, and exercise demonstrations for Hyrox and hybrid training. The Service does not provide medical, physical-therapy, or healthcare advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are injured, or are pregnant. You participate in all exercise and training at your own risk, and you should stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

4. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

We strictly prohibit content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

SOSA may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases. Subscriptions purchased on the SOSA website are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions purchased in the App may be billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled beforehand through your payment provider or your device's app store settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Two Palms Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service for operational and promotional purposes. All SOSA programs, workouts, videos, and branding remain the property of Two Palms Software LLC or its licensors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Palms Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
